This place is over at 403/7, Pithwara Mohalla, which is right in the heart of Rohtak City. It’s the home and office of Satpal Singh, who is the son of Capt. Ram Chander, a retired man. We operate as Govt. Of Haryana from this spot. Rohtak is a busy place, but Pithwara Mohalla has its own local character. It’s not a shiny office park. It’s a regular building in a regular street. We don't have a lot of corporate rules about how to talk to people. We just speak plainly. The work we do for the Haryana government happens right here among the neighbors. We’ve lived in this city for a long time, and we know the streets and the people. There isn't any big mission statement on the wall. We just try to be helpful to anyone who comes to the door. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy, and life moves fast outside, but inside we just keep things moving.
