Emperica Foods Private Limited is based in Udyog Vihar, Phase-5. We are at Plot No. 479. This is a real industrial area. You will not find many fancy cafes or shops right next to us. It is all warehouses and factories around here. We like it that way because it keeps us focused on the work. We handle food processing and logistics. Our building is a simple structure on a busy street. There are trucks coming and going all day long. It gets noisy and the dust from the road is a constant battle, but that is Udyog Vihar for you. We have been here for several years now. Our team is small and everyone knows each other’s names. We do not have a lot of meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs to be done. It is a very hands-on environment. When we are not in the office, we are usually out on the floor checking on the equipment or the stock. We started this company because we wanted to build something of our own. It has not always been easy, especially with the competition in Gurgaon, but we have managed to keep things going. We do not spend money on fancy websites or big parties. We put it back into the business and our people. It is a basic philosophy but it works for us. We are just a group of people working hard at Plot 479 to make sure everything runs smoothly.
