It’s not a massive factory; it’s a smaller operation that we have built up over time. We have been at this address for a while, and the people living around us know what we do. The work involves managing the yarn and making sure the spinning process is running correctly. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a big budget for advertising. We just rely on the quality of the work we produce. Our office is just a couple of rooms where we keep our files and handle the daily tasks. It can get a bit cluttered with all the samples and paperwork, but it’s a working office. We don’t try to act like a big corporation because that’s not who we are.
