Our office is right in the Main Bazaar of Rohtak, very close to the Purana Shiv Mandir. It’s an old area with narrow streets and lots of energy. We’ve been running our travel business from this spot for a long time. You can often hear the temple bells while we are working, which is quite nice. The bazaar is always crowded, so there is never a quiet moment. We help people with all kinds of travel arrangements. It’s a small office, nothing fancy at all. We just have a couple of desks and some old chairs for when people stop by to chat about their trips. We don't have any big marketing campaigns. Most people find us just by walking through the market. We are local people and we know the area well. Traveling can be a bit of a mess sometimes, so we try to help people get their tickets and transport without too much stress. We don't use any corporate language or make big promises. We just do the bookings and hope everything goes smoothly for the travelers. Being near the Shiv Mandir is good because everyone knows the landmark. It’s a simple operation. We open up in the morning, see who comes in, and do our best to help them out. It’s just how we’ve always done things here in the heart of Rohtak.
