Balarka Constructions Private Limited is over at 787A/21 in Kailash Colony. If you are in Rohtak, you know that area is mostly residential and pretty settled down. We run the construction business from here, and it’s a straightforward setup for us. Most of our work is scattered around the 124001 area, so I’m often out in the car checking on how things are progressing on the different sites. Rohtak is a place where word of mouth matters more than anything else you see in papers. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; we just show up and do the construction work as needed. The office in Kailash Colony is where we keep the tools and the blueprints when we aren't using them. It can get a bit messy with all the cement samples and site photos laying around on the tables. Some days are slow, and some days I feel like I’m in ten places at once trying to manage the guys. We’ve been part of this community for a bit, and people know where to find us if they need something built. It’s practical work that requires a lot of patience and long hours. I like being based in Rohtak because it feels like home to me. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that gets the job done without making a fuss. It is a bit of a grind, but seeing a building finished is good.
