Our place is located in V. P. O. Kultana, which is out in the Rohtak district of Haryana. Being out here means things are a bit different than the big city offices. It’s more of a rural setting, so we deal with the local environment every day. We’ve been set up here for a while, handling the various aspects of the business that come our way. The work we do involves a lot of coordination and making sure things are moving through the supply chain properly. It can get quite dusty out here, and the weather in Haryana is no joke—hot in the summer and pretty cold when winter hits. We just keep the doors open and get on with it. Most of the staff comes from nearby villages, so it feels like a local operation even though we are part of a larger name. There’s a lot of space out here which is nice, but it also means we have to be self-reliant for a lot of things. We don't have fancy cafes around the corner, just the local spots where we grab tea during breaks. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the tasks at hand, whether it’s checking inventory or dealing with shipments. It’s honest work and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of life in Kultana over the years.
