Arya Clinic

If you look for Arya Clinic, you’ll find us right across from the Guffa Wala Mandir here in Model Town. Being situated where we are, the atmosphere is often shaped by whatever is happening at the temple. On festival days, the street gets quite packed and the bells are ringing constantly. It gives the place a certain energy that you don't get in other parts of town. We’ve been in this part of Model Town for a good while now. Our rooms are simple and functional. We didn't see the point in putting up expensive artwork or having a plush waiting room. People come here because they need help, not to look at the decor. We have a small desk where we keep all the records, mostly paper files tucked away in folders. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps us see what we’re doing. Sometimes the neighbor's dog wanders near the entrance, and we have to shoo him away. It’s just a normal, local spot. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often grab tea from the stall down the road. It’s not a quiet, sterile environment like those big hospitals. It’s noisy, a bit cluttered, and very much a part of the daily life in this neighborhood. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door without making a big production out of it.
