Annapurna Organic Food

Annapurna Organic Food is over at House No. 1 in Ward No. 9. You can find us on Booster Wali Gali, which is near Mata Darwaja in Rohtak. We are really close to the Shitla Mata Mandir, so it’s easy to find the lane if you know the temple. Our shop is quite small and we have things stacked up pretty high to make use of the space. We spend the day weighing out grains and checking the different food items we keep in stock. It’s a bit of a narrow street, so there are always people and bikes moving past our front door. We have been in this spot for some time and the neighbors all know us by now. The air around here is usually full of the sounds from the local market and the temple bells. We don't have any big signs or bright lights, just a simple place where we do our business. Sometimes it gets a little dusty because of the traffic on the main road, but we try our best to keep the bags clean. It’s a lot of manual work, moving things around and making sure everything is stored properly. We are just a few people working here, trying to keep things running. Most days we are busy from the morning until it gets dark. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of life here in Rohtak.
