We are located in RPS Green Valley in Flat No- 402 of the Zinnia Tower. It is a bit different from a regular commercial office because it is inside a residential complex. This makes it much quieter and more peaceful for us to handle the Aks Eximtrade business. You have to tell the security at the gate that you are coming to Tower Zinnia. Once you are up on the fourth floor, it is just a normal looking flat but we have set it up for our daily work. We use the main living area for our computers and the dining table is usually covered with papers and export documents. We have a small kitchen where we make our own coffee and lunch. It is a very relaxed way to work. We don't have to deal with the noise of a market or heavy traffic right outside our window. Instead we have a view of the other buildings and some trees. We keep our records in a few crates in the spare room. It is a small team here, just three of us most days. We focus on getting the services done and checking all the shipment details carefully. It is not a formal environment at all. We might be working in our slippers if it's a long day. It just feels more like home and that helps us stay focused on the tasks.
