Our office is on the first floor of the Malik Complex, right over on Circular Road near the Double Phatak. If you know the area, you know how hectic the traffic can get around the crossing. We’ve been based here for a while, dealing with various medical supplies and equipment. The complex itself is quite busy with different businesses, so there’s always a lot of people moving up and down the stairs. Inside our space, things are a bit more organized. We have stacks of boxes and shelves filled with inventory. It’s not a fancy showroom; it’s more of a working office where we spend our time on the phone or checking through delivery lists. The noise from Circular Road is constant, but you stop noticing it after the first hour of work. We have a small crew here, and we mostly focus on getting the right products out to the clinics that need them. We aren't into big speeches or fancy logos. We just keep our records in order and try to keep up with the demand. Sometimes the electricity cuts out and we have to use the backup, but that’s just life in this part of town. We’re just regular people trying to run a reliable business from a busy complex. It’s hard work, but we’re used to the pace of the Double Phatak area and the regular routine of checking off the shipping manifests every afternoon.
