You can find us at Plot No 1362 in the HSIIDC Industrial Estate in Rai. It's a big area, and we've been at this spot for a good while. 1St Farmer Overseas Private Limited is the name. We deal with overseas stuff, mostly related to what farmers grow around here. Tehsil Rai is a busy place for industry. Our office is pretty plain. We have some desks and a couple of file cabinets that have seen better days. We don't spend money on fancy furniture because we're usually busy with the actual work. It’s about getting products from the fields to places far away. It involves a lot of talking to transporters and checking on the weather. People in the industrial estate know us as the ones who are always on the phone. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the containers are loaded and the paperwork is signed. Some days the dust from the industrial park gets in everything, but that's just how it is here. We like the pace of Sector-38. It feels like things are actually happening. We are just a small group of people doing a job that needs doing. We've been part of the Rai community for some time now and we plan to stay right here at Plot 1362 for the foreseeable future. It’s hard work, but it's what we know. We just take things as they come.
