J.K. Fab

You can find J.K. Fab right across from Balaji Garden on Dehradun Road. Our address is 325/239, and it’s a spot in Rishikesh that most locals are familiar with. We work with fabrics and textiles, so the shop is usually full of rolls of cloth and different materials. It’s a bit of a dusty job sometimes, but we enjoy it. Being on Dehradun Road means we get a lot of people passing by, especially with the garden right there. It’s not a high-end boutique; it’s more of a workshop where things actually get made. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building has seen better days, but it serves us well. We don't have any fancy titles for ourselves. We are just people who know a thing or two about cloth. Sometimes the shop gets a bit disorganized when we have a big order, but we always know where everything is. We don't use much in the way of marketing. Most of our customers just know where we are and what we do. It’s a simple life here in Rishikesh. We open up in the morning, do the cutting and the sewing, and close up when the light goes. It’s honest work, and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about it. The traffic outside can get loud, but inside we just focus on the fabric and the machines. It is how we have always done things.
