You can find us at 145 in Ganga Ngr. That is in the 249409 part of Rishikesh. Badrinath Ji Travels has been operating out of this little space for some time now. Ganga Ngr is a residential sort of area, so it’s not as chaotic as the main bus stand, which is nice for us. We have our cars and our paperwork all in one place. Most of the day is just spent coordinating where people need to go. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees, just a few of us making sure things run right. The neighborhood knows us. Sometimes neighbors come over just to chat while we are working. Being at number 145 means we have a bit of a fixed spot that everyone recognizes. The street can get a bit narrow when two cars try to pass, but we manage. We don't do anything too complicated here. We just handle the bookings and talk to the drivers. The walls of the office could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. It’s more important that the work gets done. Rishikesh is a busy place for travel, especially with the name Badrinath Ji Travels, as people always have that destination in mind. We just keep the lights on and wait for the next person to walk through the door. It’s a steady, local life here in Ganga Ngr and we just keep at it.
