We are based out of house number 2 on Latakataumtrenga Road. It is a bit of a long name for a street, but it is our home here in the Basistha area. We are located near the APRO office, which is how most people find us if they get lost. This place has a bit of a family-run feel, operating under the care of Madan Ch Hazarika. It isn't a big glass building or anything like that. It is just a regular house where we handle our pharmaceutical business. Working in this part of town is usually pretty calm. We spend our mornings going through the mail and checking what needs to be dispatched. Shankar Madhab Drugs is really just about the daily grind of managing supplies. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit to get back to the computers, but we manage. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us making sure the medicine orders are processed correctly. The road outside can get a bit dusty in the dry season. We keep a simple setup here. Nothing fancy. We like it that way because it is easier to manage things without a lot of overhead. If you are coming by, look for the gate near the APRO sign. We are usually here until the evening, just trying to keep up with the paperwork and making sure our distributors get what they need.
