Dayanidhi Ventures Private Limited operates out of Village Kling, which is near Jorbil. We’re located in the Ri-Bhoi district of Meghalaya. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't used to the roads near Khanapara. Our work is pretty grounded. We deal with various ventures and local projects. Being in Byrnihat means we are right on the edge of the hills. The office is just a practical space where we manage our daily tasks. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages. We do our best to keep things running smoothly despite the occasional power cut. It’s a private company, but we feel more like a small family business. People stop by to discuss work or just to see how things are going. We keep our records on the desk and try to stay organized. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We take things as they come. The greenery around the office is nice, especially in the rainy season. Sometimes the rain gets quite heavy here in Ri-Bhoi. We manage our ventures with a focus on what's right in front of us. No big speeches or empty promises. We just handle the business at hand. If you’re heading towards Jorbil, you might see our sign.
