Yadav Physiotherapy Clinic is situated at Shop Number 4 right by Bawal Chowk. If you know the Bawal Chowk area, you know how much activity there is all the time. Our shop is just one of many along the road, and it’s a pretty simple place. We don't have any of those big neon signs or anything too flashy. It’s just Shop Number 4. Inside, we have the equipment we need and a few places for people to wait. The air can get a bit stuffy when it’s crowded, so we keep the fan going most of the time. Being at the chowk means there is always the sound of horns and people talking right outside the door. We’ve grown used to the noise over the years. Most of the people who come to see us are from the surrounding blocks. We don't have a big staff, so we end up doing a bit of everything ourselves, from cleaning to answering the phone. It’s a humble spot but it serves the purpose. We don't need much more than that. We just keep our heads down and do the work. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life here. We just try to get through the schedule every day without too much fuss. It is a very local business, and we like it that way. No corporate layers, just us working in the shop at Bawal Chowk.
