Vishnu Medicare

You can find Vishnu Medicare at 510 Qutabpur, right across from the old Radhika Cinema. That cinema is a real landmark around here, so usually, people don't have much trouble finding our door. Being in Qutabpur means we are right in the thick of things. It is a busy spot with plenty of bikes and people walking past all day long. We have been here long enough that the front sign is starting to fade a little from the sun, but everyone knows it's us. Inside, the space is filled with the smell of medicine and the sound of the ceiling fans clicking. We aren't a big fancy clinic with marble floors. It is just a practical space where we keep the shelves stocked and the counter clear for customers. Some days the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days we just sit and talk with the regulars who drop by for a chat. We handle the prescriptions and the basic health supplies that the neighborhood needs. It’s honest work. We don't have a corporate office somewhere else making decisions; it is just the people you see behind the counter every day. We know the names of the folks who live on the nearby streets. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when three or four people come in at once, but we make it work. It's just a normal part of life in Qutabpur for us and the people who live here.
