Shiv Shakti Pipes

We've got our shop at Number 3 in Bakshi Market. It’s right in the heart of Dharuhera. This market is always a bit chaotic, with people moving everywhere and bikes parked all over the place. We sell pipes, mostly for plumbing and some irrigation stuff. The shop is narrow, so we have to stack the pipes high up on the racks to make room. It can be a bit of a reach to get the ones at the top. I’ve been working here since the market was much smaller. Now, it’s grown quite a bit. We get a mix of people coming in—some are contractors and some are just homeowners trying to fix a leak in their bathroom. We try to keep a good stock of joints and elbows because those are what people always forget to buy. The floor is concrete and usually has some dust from the street. We don't have air conditioning, just a big pedestal fan that blows the air around. It’s a simple setup. We don't use a computer for every little thing; a pen and a bill book do the job just fine. Shiv Shakti Pipes is just a local business trying to provide what the community needs. We know most of the other shopkeepers in Bakshi Market by name. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about their projects. It's not a fancy life, but it’s good work.
