S.B. FELTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over at Plot No 74 in Sector-3, Bawal. It is right in the heart of the industrial belt in Rewari. Being in Haryana means we deal with a lot of dust and heat, but we keep the machines running for S.B. Felts Private Limited. Most days it is just about managing the felt production and making sure the stock is ready. We do not have any fancy office here, just a practical workspace where people show up and get their hands dirty. The area is always busy with trucks coming in and out of the sector. We have been here for a while now. Dealing with felts is not exactly glamorous work, but it is what we do every single day. Some days the machines act up and we have to fix them on the fly. It is a lot of coordinating with local suppliers and checking the quality of the materials coming in. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the job at hand without overcomplicating stuff. The weather in Rewari can be tough, especially in the middle of summer, but the work doesn't stop. If you ever find yourself in the Bawal area, you will see a lot of units like ours, but we just try to keep our heads down and handle our own orders. It is a straightforward operation where everyone knows their role. We mostly just talk about the day’s production over tea in the afternoons. It’s honest work.
