Rsm Contruction Private Limited is run by Sudhanshu Rajan Chaudhari, and we are based out of Ward 5 in Harpur Rewari. It’s a more traditional setup, being connected to the family name and the local area like that. We aren't in a big industrial park or a city center. Instead, we work from where we live, which keeps overhead low and things simple. Rewari is a place where everyone kind of knows who is doing what. We handle construction tasks, mostly small to medium stuff around the local wards. My father, Rajivrajan Chaudhari, has always been around, and that’s how we keep the business going. We don’t have a website with flashy pictures or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are in Ward 5 and can handle a shovel or a bricklaying crew. The days are long, starting early before the sun gets too high. We spend a lot of time on our feet at various sites. When we are back at the house, it’s mostly about tallying up the costs and making sure we have enough cement or steel for the next morning. Harpur is a quiet enough place, but there’s always someone building a wall or fixing a roof. We just do the work honestly and try to make sure it lasts. It’s a simple life, but construction keeps us busy enough that we don’t have much time to complain about it.
