We are based out of Plot No. 71/1 in Industrial Area Phase-1 in Dharuhera. It’s a pretty standard industrial setting. There are big factories all around us and lots of trucks moving back and forth on the main roads. We do a lot of manufacturing work here. The building is a big functional space with high ceilings and concrete floors. We don't have any decorations on the walls, just some calendars and safety notices. Most of the time, the floor is full of raw materials or finished products waiting to be loaded up. It’s a noisy place when all the machines are running at once. We have a crew that comes in early to get everything started. Dharuhera can be a bit dusty, and that dust definitely finds its way into the shop. We spend a good amount of time cleaning up at the end of every shift. We aren't a big corporation with lots of layers. If there's a problem, we just talk it out on the shop floor and fix it. We don't use any special marketing talk. We just make what our customers ask for and try to do it right the first time. It’s a basic, hard-working environment. We’re just here to do our part in the industrial chain and keep the business moving forward. Rmi Industries is just a place where people work hard and go home. We like it that way.
