Patronage Technologies

You can find us at Shop No. 13 in Model Town. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main markets, which suits us just fine. We handle a lot of tech stuff here, mostly repairs and helping people set up their systems. I started Patronage Technologies because I liked taking things apart and putting them back together when I was younger. Now it’s my job. The shop isn’t huge, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. There are usually parts scattered on the workbench and a few projects waiting in the corner. We don't really have a front desk person, so if you come in, you’re usually talking directly to whoever is working on the hardware. We try to be honest about how long things take. If a part is going to take a week to arrive, we just tell you that instead of making excuses. It’s a small neighborhood shop vibe. A lot of our regulars live just a few blocks away. They stop by to ask a quick question or to see if we’ve finished their order. We don't use any scripts or corporate talk. We just explain what's wrong in plain English and tell you what it’ll take to fix it. It keeps things simple for everyone. Model Town is a good place to be, and we’re happy just doing our thing here every day.
