We are based out of B-601 in Shyam Sunder Society, over in Sector-3. It’s more of an office setup than a storefront, really. We handle import and export stuff, which mostly means a lot of phone calls and sitting at computers checking where shipments are. Being in a society like this, it’s a bit quieter than a main road, which helps when you’re trying to concentrate on logistics. We’ve been doing this for a while now. The space is a bit cramped because of all the files and samples lying around, but it works for us. Usually, there are three or four of us here, and things can get a bit hectic when a big delivery is due. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most people who come by already know where we are. It’s just a regular office where we handle the day-to-day grind of trading. Sometimes the internet acts up or the courier is late, and we just have to deal with it. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. It's just a small business trying to keep things running smoothly. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and trying to get things sorted out. It’s a lot of coordination, really. Not every day is perfect, but we get through the pile of work eventually. It’s just how we operate.
