Metso Minerals (India) Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No 177-178 in the Hsidc Grwoth Centre out in Bawal. This is a big industrial area, so there are a lot of large buildings and trucks around here. Our plot is quite sizable because we need the space for the equipment and materials we handle. It’s a very practical environment. There isn't much in the way of decoration. We have a lot of steel, heavy machinery, and people in safety gear walking around. The work we do here is focused on the mineral industry. It’s a lot of engineering and technical stuff. We don't really have a walk-in shop since we deal with larger industrial contracts. Most of our time is spent on the floor or in the small office area checking specs. Bawal is a bit of a trek for some, but it’s where the action is for manufacturing. We try to keep the operations running smoothly, but with big machines, there’s always something that needs maintenance. It’s a loud place most of the time. We aren't trying to be fancy with our language. We just do the work that needs doing. The team here is mostly local folks who know their way around an industrial site. We’ve been at this location for a bit now and have settled into a good rhythm. It’s just regular work for regular people who understand how these things operate in a real factory setting.
