JWR BUILDCON LLP is easy to spot if you’re driving down Delhi Road. We are in Shanti Vihar, right near the Honda showroom. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always the sound of horns and engines in the background while we’re working. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s mostly filled with folders, half-empty tea cups, and a few samples of bricks and flooring. We’ve been operating from Shanti Vihar for a while now. The location is handy because we can get to our different sites pretty quickly, assuming the Delhi Road traffic isn't at a complete standstill. Construction is a messy business. You’re always covered in something, whether it’s dust or wet paint. We don't have a big corporate structure. If you call, you’re probably going to talk to one of us who was just out on a site five minutes ago. We deal with all the usual headaches—rain stopping the work, suppliers sending the wrong size of windows, or the power going out right when you need to use the drill. We don't try to sugarcoat it; it’s hard work and it takes a lot of patience. We just focus on putting one foot in front of the other. We’ve built a few things around this area and we plan to keep doing that as long as there is work to be found.
