Hollister Medical India Private Limited is located at Plot No. 27 in Sector - 5. This is part of the Industrial Growth Center in Bawal. If you have ever been to Bawal, you know it is a place designed for work. There aren't many trees around, just long stretches of road and big industrial plots. Our spot at Plot No. 27 is a large building with plenty of room for all the equipment. The wind can pick up quite a bit of dust from the open areas nearby, so we have to keep the doors shut most of the time. The commute for some of us is quite a stretch, but you get used to the highway after a few months. Inside, the floors are concrete and the lighting is bright. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and a few notices pinned up. The day starts with the sound of the gates opening and the staff arriving from the nearby towns. It’s a quiet place in terms of conversation because everyone is usually busy with their own station. We have a dedicated area for breaks where we sit and eat our tiffins. Bawal can get incredibly hot during the summer months, and the tin roofs in some sections make it even warmer. It is a very industrial atmosphere where we just focus on the logistics and the daily output of the site without distraction.
