Dharu Hera Pharma

If you head down Ramnagar Nrp Bass Road, you will find us at number 280. We are quite close to Viveka Nand High School, so we hear the kids shouting and the bells ringing all through the day. Dharu Hera Pharma is a busy little place. The shelves are packed with boxes of medicine and bottles, stretching all the way up to the ceiling. It can be hard to find things sometimes, but we have a system that works for us. The floor is tile and we try to sweep it every morning, but people keep bringing in dirt from the road. The road outside is often bumpy and can get muddy when it rains, so we see a lot of people stopping in to escape the weather. We spend most of our time standing behind the counter, looking at prescriptions and talking to the regulars who live nearby in Dharuhera. It’s a practical job. We don’t have fancy lighting or expensive displays, just rows of glass cases and a small fan to keep the air moving. Some days the delivery trucks block the whole front entrance and we have to haul crates inside ourselves. It’s a lot of manual work, making sure every bottle is in the right spot. We stay open late most nights because you never know when someone might need something from the pharmacy. It’s just the way things are done on this side of town and we are happy to be here for the people who need us.
