You will find us down at Plot No. 1 in Udyog Vihar. It’s right by the P.O. in Chorhata, which makes it easy for the mail to reach us, at least. We have a large space here, but it stays pretty cluttered with all the telecommunication cables we produce. Making fiber optics is a bit more complicated than people think, but we’ve got the hang of it after all these years. The warehouse guys are always busy, and you can hear the forklifts moving back and forth from morning until the evening. We don’t really bother with decorating the place. The walls are a plain gray and the floor is concrete. It’s a functional setup. In the summer, the heat inside gets quite bad, so we keep the big doors open to catch a breeze. We have a small break room where we sit and talk about local news or whatever is going on in the neighborhood. We don't have a team of people doing fancy speeches. We just look at the orders, run the production lines, and make sure the cables are wrapped up tight for transport. It’s a long day most of the time, and we often leave with tired backs. But it is good to see the trucks heading out with the stuff we made right here. We've been part of this industrial patch for a long time and just keep at it.
