Our place is out in Udyog Vihar, right near P.O. Chorhata. It’s an industrial patch, so it’s not exactly the most scenic part of town, but it works for what we do. The roads around here get pretty dusty when the trucks start moving in the morning. Being near the post office is handy for the mail, though. Vindhya Telelinks has been operating out of this spot for a good bit of time. It’s a large enough space to handle the day-to-day operations without everyone stepping on each other's toes. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of equipment and people busy with their specific tasks. We don’t have any of those modern lounges or anything. It’s just a practical setup for work. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief when the summer heat hits Udyog Vihar hard. Most of the staff comes in from the nearby areas. There is a lot of chatter about the local commute in the mornings. We usually grab lunch at our desks or head out to the small stalls near the main gate. It’s a straightforward environment. No one really puts on airs here. We just come in and do the work that needs doing. It’s about keeping things running smoothly. It gets quiet in the evenings once the shift ends and the industrial noise dies down. It's a long day, but we manage just fine.
