It’s usually a bit of a mess with logbooks and receipts scattered around. We have a small window that looks out towards the main road, and we can hear the trucks passing by. It’s a constant reminder of the work we do. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR person. If you want to talk to us, you just come by the office and we’ll sit down and have a chat. Managing toll projects is a lot of headache sometimes, dealing with everything from maintenance to staffing the booths. It’s a 24/7 kind of business, even if the office isn't always open. We have a team that knows these roads better than anyone else. We don't try to sound like a big multinational company because we aren't one. We are just a local outfit that knows how to get things done in this part of Madhya Pradesh. It’s hard work, the sun is hot, and the roads are long, but we’ve been at it for years and we know our way around.
