Saurya Stone Crusher

Saurya Stone Crusher is out in Sagara village on University Road. You can’t really miss us because of the big machines and the piles of stones. It’s a loud place to work, with the crushers running most of the day. The dust is just part of the job here. We get a lot of trucks coming in and out, taking material for different building projects around the university area. We aren't a big company with many offices. We have a small shed where we keep the paperwork and that’s about it. Most of the time we are outside checking the belts or the screens on the machines. It’s hard, physical work and the sun gets pretty hot out here on University Road. We started this because there was a need for good stone for the local roads and houses. It’s not a glamorous business, but it’s necessary. We know the machines can be temperamental, so we spend a lot of time fixing the parts that wear down. The workers here are mostly local guys from the village. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on getting the stones crushed to the right size and making sure the trucks are loaded up on time every morning. The road can get a bit bumpy with all the heavy traffic, but we try to keep things moving as best as we can.
