Satyam Rice Mill

Satyam Rice Mill is located over at Plot No- 99/100 in Udyog Vihar. This is the Chorhata area of Rewa. It is an industrial zone, so there are many other units and factories all around us. Our mill takes up two plots, so we have a decent amount of space for the machinery and the storage. It gets quite loud when the machines are running, which is basically all day long. The air is often thick with the smell of rice husks and dust. We are not in a fancy part of town, just a place where things get made and processed. We have a crew that comes in every morning to start the boilers and the cleaning machines. Rewa can get very hot in the summer, and the tin roof of the mill doesn't help much, but we are all used to it by now. We focus on the rice that comes in from the local fields around here. There is always a lot of loading and unloading happening at our main gates. We don't have a marketing team or any glossy brochures. We just make sure the mill stays running and the orders get filled for the people who need them. If you are driving through Udyog Vihar, you will see our big sign. It is a straightforward operation, nothing more and nothing less. Just hard work and getting the grain ready for the market.
