Sakshamam Foundation

Sakshamam Foundation is based right here in Rewa. If you know the Bansghat area, you probably know where Ward 6 is. We are located at 387 Shivnath Bhawan. It’s a familiar building for most people who live around this part of town. We don’t really go in for fancy signs or polished reception desks. It’s more of a practical space where we can sit down and handle the daily tasks of the foundation. Living and working in Rewa has its own pace. We spend a lot of our time just talking to neighbors and seeing what’s going on in the streets around us. The Shivnath Bhawan building has been our home base for a bit now. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us trying to be useful. Some days are slow, and other days it feels like we can't keep up with everything, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running something like this. We didn't want to be one of those organizations that just exists on paper. We wanted a physical spot in the ward where people could actually find us. Being near the river and the local landmarks makes it easy for folks to drop by. We’re just regular people trying to do some good work without making a big fuss about it. We like being part of the Rewa community and staying rooted right here in Ward 6. There is always plenty of work to keep us busy.
