We are set up in Vill-Bhaluha, which is near Rajadhou in the Hanumana tehsil. This is out in the Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh. It’s a rural spot, and we’ve been here for a while now. The office is just a plain building where we handle all the regional stuff. It’s nothing like those high-rise buildings you see in pictures. It’s a practical space. We spend our days going through logs, checking on progress, and making sure the local needs are met. The road to get here can be a bit dusty, especially during the dry months. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make the place look shiny. It’s just us. We wake up, get to the site, and start working on whatever is required. The village setting means we know the neighbors and the local shops nearby. We keep our operations simple. If someone needs to find us, they usually have to ask for directions to Bhaluha. We don't have a lot of fancy signs, just the work we do every day. It’s a lot of manual tracking and staying organized in a place that doesn’t always have the best infrastructure. But we like it here. It’s honest work in a part of the country where people appreciate getting things done without a lot of talking. We just focus on the job and keep our heads down.
