Our place is located down on Chhijwar Road in Jaypee Nagar. It is an industrial area, so there is always something going on with trucks and machinery nearby. Jaypee Hi Tech Casting Centre has been operating here for a good amount of time. We focus on casting work, which is a pretty hands-on job. It gets dusty and hot in the workshop, especially in the summer months. We have a crew that knows the equipment well. Some of the guys have been with us since the start. We do not spend much time on the office side of things because the real work happens on the floor. It is a straightforward operation where we just follow the specs and get the metal poured. The road outside can be a bit rough sometimes, but it does not bother us much. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the parts we make are solid. There is a lot of routine involved in what we do every day. Coffee breaks are usually the highlight of the morning. We talk about the projects or whatever else is going on. It is a practical environment. No one wears suits here. We just put on our gear and get to work. Dealing with heavy materials is part of the life. We are just a bunch of people trying to do a decent job in our corner of Jaypee Nagar.
