Goyal Dental Clinic is located in Goyal Market, which is very close to the Bal Bharti School by Sirmour Chowk. Being near a school and a major chowk means there is always a lot of noise and activity outside our windows. We can hear the kids playing and the horns of the cars all day long. The clinic itself is quite small and tucked into the market among other shops. We have been here for a long time, so we know all the other shopkeepers in the market. The inside of the clinic is plain and functional. We have our dental chairs and cabinets full of supplies. It is a bit crowded sometimes because we have a lot of stuff packed into a small space. Families from the Sirmour Chowk area bring their kids here, especially since the school is so close. We don't have a receptionist who wears a uniform or anything like that. We just talk to people normally and keep things informal. If there is a wait, people usually just wander around the market for a bit and come back. We don't use any complicated dental jargon if we can help it. We just explain what needs to be done in plain English. It is a busy, local dental office that is part of the everyday life of the market. We just keep doing our thing, one patient at a time, every single day.
