This part of our work happens in Village Farienda, which is out near Manikwar in the Rewa district. We are set up at Ajeet Singh’s place, care of Shri Sant Kumar Singh. It is a very different vibe from a city office. Being in a village in Madhya Pradesh means we are close to the actual land we work on. We do construction and geotechnical stuff, which is really important for the development happening in these rural areas. Life moves a bit slower here, but the work is still tough. We spend a lot of time traveling between different sites in the district, checking on progress and making sure the soil is right for building. The office is just a simple room in the village where we keep our records and meet with local workers. People around here know us by name, and we like it that way. It’s not about having a big name; it's about being reliable for the people in the community. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get tricky after a big storm, but we still get out there. We’ve been part of this village for a long time, and we plan to keep helping with the local building projects for many more years to come. It is just home for us, and we take pride in doing the job right for our neighbors.
