Bal Mukund Roti Foundation

The Bal Mukund Roti Foundation is located in Sanjay Nagar, Rewa. We are at Ward No 14/586, which is right near the petrol pump house. We operate out of Shakuntala Namdeo’s place. It is a very humble setup because we don't see the point in spending money on a fancy office building. Rewa is a busy town and Sanjay Nagar always has something going on. Our workspace is basically a part of a family home. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. Children playing, motorcycles going by, and people talking. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sitting around a wooden table covered in papers. We keep things very simple here. The name of the foundation is about food, and that reflects our practical approach to everything. We don't use big words or try to sound like a multinational corporation. We are just a group of people working out of a house in Rewa. We handle our own chores and take care of the paperwork as it comes in. It is not always perfectly organized, but we know where everything is. We like being close to the people we are trying to help. It keeps us grounded. It is a real place with real problems and real solutions, nothing more.
