Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Ltd.

We have been operating out of Renukoot Chemical Works for quite a long time now. It is a big place and the air always has that heavy, industrial feel to it. Mostly, we spend our mornings checking on the inventory and making sure the trucks are lined up right. Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Ltd. isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is more about the concrete, the metal pipes, and the steady hum of machines that never seems to stop. Some days are hotter than others, especially in the summer when the sun hits the metal roofs, but we just get on with it. The local tea stall just outside the main gate is where most of us end up during the afternoon break. You see a lot of the same faces every day, people who have been working around these chemical plants for decades. It is not a quiet job, and your clothes usually end up smelling like the works by the time you head home. We don't have much time for fancy talk here. There is always a logbook to fill out or a shipment that is running late. Renukoot is an industrial town through and through, and we are just one part of that machine. We handle what needs handling and try to keep things moving without too much fuss. It is basic work, really, just making sure the chemicals get where they need to go.
