Utkal Alumina International Ltd operates out of Raniguda Farm Lane in the Rayagada district. We’ve been at this Orissa location for quite some time now, and it’s become our second home. The 765001 area is where the heart of our administrative work happens. It’s a straightforward office environment—nothing fancy, just plenty of desks, computers, and people who know their jobs inside and out. We handle everything from scheduling to local coordination for the alumina production. It’s the kind of place where you’ll always find a half-empty cup of chai on someone’s desk and a stack of papers that needs sorting. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’re more concerned with making sure the trucks are on time and the reports are accurate. The local climate here in Rayagada can be tough, especially when the humidity kicks in, but we have a good group of people who don't complain much. We’ve all worked together for a while, so we know each other's habits and how to help out when things get busy. Most of our day is spent talking to supervisors or checking in on the latest site updates. We like the fact that we’re tucked away on Farm Lane; it keeps us grounded and focused on the work at hand. It is just a regular job for us, and we take pride in doing it right.
