We are located in Rayagada, Orissa, specifically on the 1st Line of R.K. Nagar. You can find us at the address associated with P.Ch. Mohanty. It is a very local setup, far from the big city offices you might see in places like Mumbai or Delhi. The pace here is a bit different, a little slower and more focused on the community. Our workspace is humble and practical. We don't have any shiny furniture or high-tech security gates. It’s just a room where we can sit down, use our computers, and manage the local operations. Most of us here speak the local language and know the people in the neighborhood. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and equipment, but we know where everything is. We don't have any formal mission statements or corporate slogans on the walls. We just come in, check what needs to be done for the day, and do our best to finish it. Sometimes the weather in Orissa makes things a bit tough, especially when it’s raining hard, but we keep the office open regardless. It’s a very simple, down-to-earth way of working. We don't pretend to be more than we are. We’re just a small team in Rayagada making sure that the work Siemens needs to do in this part of the country is handled properly and on time. That is the way we have always done things.
