Our office for Namruth Construction & Earth Movers Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Aurobindo Nagar. If you know the Jaykaypur area, you probably know where that is. We spend most of our time dealing with construction projects and moving dirt around for various local sites. It’s a lot of coordination between the guys on the machines and the folks who need the work done. The work is mostly outdoors, so our office is really just a base to come back to at the end of the day. We’ve got the heavy equipment parked nearby and there’s usually a bit of dust around. Construction isn’t a clean job, but someone has to do it. We focus on getting the earth moved so the next phase of a build can start up. Some days are longer than others, especially when a project gets complicated or the machines need extra maintenance. Jaykaypur is a decent place to work out of. We’ve gotten used to the pace here. We don't have a big team of office people, just the folks who know how to run the business and keep the projects moving along. It’s pretty straightforward. We show up, we do the digging or the hauling, and we make sure the ground is ready for whatever comes next. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping track of where the trucks are. That’s just life at Namruth. We aren't trying to be anything we're not.
