We are right on the Main Road in Koraput, near the Ambedkar Chowk. It’s a very central spot in Lucky Pur. Being so close to the bus stand means there is never a quiet moment. You can hear the conductors shouting and the engines idling all day. It’s quite convenient for anyone traveling from the nearby villages. Our office is just a regular room on the main stretch. We don't have any of those modern glass partitions or high-end carpets. It’s mostly just wooden tables, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of pens. We’ve been here for a long time, so most of the regulars know us by name. We see a lot of foot traffic because of the location. People stop by on their way to or from the bus. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We're too busy with the day-to-day stuff. We usually have a news channel running on a small TV in the corner, though nobody really watches it. It’s just there for noise. We handle our business in a very straightforward way. No complicated processes or long forms. Just sit down, tell us what you need, and we see if we can help. It’s a local way of doing things that has worked for us for years. The ceiling fan creaks a bit, but it keeps the air moving. We just get on with things.
