Kidzee

Kidzee is tucked away on 3rd Line in Rayagada. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you live in this part of town. We have a small setup here that is mostly focused on the local kids who are just starting out with school. The rooms are bright, and we try to keep them as tidy as possible, though that’s hard with a bunch of three-year-olds running around. Most of our day is spent singing songs or helping with some coloring. It’s not a complicated operation. We have a small outdoor area where the children can get some fresh air. Rayagada is a nice place, and being in the 765001 zip code means we see a lot of the same faces every day. We know the parents and often chat with them at the gate when they come to pick up their kids. The furniture is all kid-sized, and there are shelves full of puzzles and blocks. It’s a bit of a scramble in the mornings when everyone arrives at once, but we get into a rhythm pretty quickly. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just us making sure the kids are safe and having a decent time. Sometimes we have small parties for birthdays, which gets everyone excited. It’s just a regular local preschool doing its thing. We keep a spare set of clothes ready in case of any accidents during the messy painting sessions.
