Maa Majhi Gouri Industries is based in Gobardhan, which is a small area near Muniguda. It’s a quiet place, quite far from the noise of the bigger cities. We like it that way. Our setup is pretty simple. We have a few buildings where we handle the production work. It’s not a high-tech facility by any means. We rely on manual labor and basic equipment to get things done. Most of the people who work with us are locals from Gobardhan and the nearby villages. We’re like a big family here. The pace of work depends a lot on the seasons and the weather. When it’s harvest time or if there’s heavy rain, our schedule changes. We just adapt to whatever the day brings. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning. We work in the sheds and out in the yard. It’s dusty and sometimes the work is hard on the back, but it's what we know. We don't have a big branding strategy. People know us because we’ve been here for years. We just focus on being a reliable source of work for the community. We don't use much social media or have a fancy logo. We just do the job and talk to our neighbors. It’s a honest way to make a living. We’re proud of what we’ve built out here.
