Shri Sainath Plastic Industries

Our factory, Shri Sainath Plastic Industries, is located at Midc Plot No. 2 on Uthkheda Road. We are right near the Bushan Oil Mill, so you can often smell the processing from next door. It’s an industrial area, which means it’s loud and dusty most of the time. We have been running these machines for quite a while now. We make different kinds of plastic goods, and the floor is always covered with materials and crates ready to go out. It’s not a clean office job. We wear heavy shoes and work shirts that get stained. The machines have a constant hum that you eventually stop noticing after a few hours. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. Most of our orders come from people who know us or have been buying from us for years. We just focus on getting the production right and meeting the deadlines. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it ourselves. It’s just how things are here. The office is just a small corner with a desk and a phone where we handle the billing. We don't do much talking; we mostly just work. When the shift ends, we lock up the gate and head home. It’s a simple life of manufacturing things that people use every day. We aren't out to be the biggest, just to stay steady. There is always something to do, so we never really have a dull moment around here.
