Poonam Healthcare

Poonam Healthcare is based out of 212 D in the Sarthak Galaxy building. It’s a newer area compared to some of the old markets, but it’s still got its own kind of bustle. Our unit is 212 D, and it’s a modest space where we keep our records and handle our daily operations. We aren't big on decorations here. There might be a few calendars on the wall and a water cooler in the corner, but that’s about it. We spend our days coordinating healthcare-related tasks and making sure our clients get what they need. It’s a lot of coordination and paperwork, to be honest. Sarthak Galaxy is a decent place to work, though it can get a bit quiet in the hallways in the afternoons. We like that peace because it lets us focus. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to say hello or ask for a favor, and we do the same. It feels like a small community inside the building. We don't have a big corporate structure or complicated rules. If something needs fixing, we just fix it. If a customer has a question, we just answer it. It’s a very direct way of doing business. We chose this spot because it was accessible and had enough room for us to grow a little bit without being too expensive. It’s worked out well for us so far, and we’re quite comfortable in this unit.
