Vinati Organics Ltd

Working out here in the MIDC Industrial Area at Lote Parashuram is a bit different from being in the city. Vinati Organics Ltd is located at Plot No. A-20, right in the middle of all the other factories and plants. It’s a lot of metal, pipes, and the smell of industrial work. We spend our days dealing with chemical processes and making sure the machinery is running like it’s supposed to. It’s not a quiet job. There is always some background hum from the plant. We have a lot of safety rules we have to follow every single day, which is just part of the routine. The weather out here in Lote can be pretty intense, especially during the monsoon when it pours for days on end. We just keep the operations moving regardless. The staff here is mostly local folks or people who moved nearby for the work. We aren't here to make things look pretty; it’s a functional place meant for heavy work. There’s always maintenance to do or something that needs checking on the floor. We take our breaks in a simple room and talk about the news or what’s happening in the village nearby. It’s hard work, and by the time the shift ends, everyone is ready to head home. We’ve been at this plot for a long time, and we know every corner of the facility.
