Our business, Sunanda Buildcon Llp, is based out in the countryside at House No. 362 in Chafawai, Dangameshwar. We are in the Sangameshwar area of Ratnagiri. It’s a lot different from the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. Things move a bit slower here, but there is still plenty of work to do. We operate from this house, which serves as our main office for all our building projects. Being in Ratnagiri means we deal with a lot of local people and local materials. We don't have any interest in corporate talk or sounding like a huge multinational. We are just a local buildcon firm. Most of our days are spent traveling to different sites in the district or meeting with people nearby to discuss their plans. The roads can be rough and the weather in this part of Maharashtra is quite intense, especially during the rainy season. We just take it as it comes. Our office isn't fancy; it's just a place where we keep our tools, maps, and ledgers. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. People know where to find us if they need something built or repaired. We don't do much advertising. Most of our work comes from folks who know us or have seen what we’ve done before. It’s a simple way of running things, and it works for us here in Chafawali. We just keep working.
