You can find us over at house number 4-400 in Ravindranagar, which is in the Kuwarbao area of Ratnagiri. We are right there in Tembhy. Our focus is on healthy food products. There’s a lot of junk out there these days, so we wanted to make something better. We use a lot of local ingredients that you find around Ratnagiri. The kitchen is always busy. We try to keep things as natural as possible. It’s not a big factory with assembly lines. It’s more of a home-style setup where we prepare everything. Sometimes we run out of certain items because we only make small batches. We think that’s better than making huge amounts that sit on a shelf forever. The people working here are mostly women from the local neighborhood. We sit together and clean the grains or prep the fruits. It’s a very communal atmosphere. The address in Kuwarbao is where we do all the packing too. It gets a bit crowded with all the boxes around. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want the people in our town and nearby to have some good, clean food options. It’s a lot of work to keep things healthy without adding a bunch of chemicals, but we prefer it this way. It’s just us doing our best in a small corner of Maharashtra, making food that we would eat ourselves.
